Dr. Joseph Wong is a management training and coaching expert and seasoned management practitioner with more than twenty years’ experience in people development and service management. He has held various management positions in global enterprises and holds a Doctor of Education degree in lifelong education from the University of Nottingham.

Joseph has delivered hundreds of trainings and people development programs to commercial organizations, NGOs and the government. He is renowned for his interactive training approach and the ability of integrating management best practices and making them simple and easy to apply. His areas of specialty include project management, IT service management, DISC, coaching,team leadership, strategic planning and innovation.

Joseph started his career as a customer engineer and Joseph held management positions in education services, IT services, quality management and business development in Hewlett-Packard. Joseph ran the HP Education Services business for ten years and pioneered project management, IT service management, and IT soft skills trainings in Hong Kong. As the senior support manager, Joseph successfully led the workforce transformation and implemented new support model for HP Technical Services.
Joseph is a Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile certified practitioner (PMI-ACP), Certified Scrum Master, and ITIL Expert in IT service management. He is also a DISC advanced practitioner (CADP), behavioral consultant (CBC), MBTI administrator (Steps I& II), Coach U CE graduate and NLP master practitioner. He holds a Doctor of Education (EdD) degree in lifelong education from the University of Nottingham, a Master’s degree in lifelong learning and a bachelor degree in electrical and electronics engineering.
