Linda has Over 25 years of experience in human resources, change and operations management in public listed and multi-national companies in Greater China region. Her previous positions include Human Resources Director, Johnson Electric; H.R. Director, Greater China and Operations Director of ACNielsen

In recent years, she become consultant and trainers for corporations in Greater China region focus on organizational development, M&A, talent management, performance management, Leadership development, change management projects and executive coaching. She has clients from wide range of industries including manufacturing, retail, professional services and others in Suzhou, Taiwan, Singapore, US and Shanghai.

Linda graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in Corporate Administration and Human Resources Management, holds Master Degree in Business Administration from the American State University, California. As a professional in Human Resources, she is member of Institute of Administrative Management, UK and Fellow Member of Hong Kong Institute of Human Resources Management. She also acquired certification in Corporate Trainer, PRC and NLP Practitioner as well.

Presently, she is also a lecturer of City University and HKU SPACE focus on Leadership, Business Administration, and Human Resources.
