Albert is a professional in Digital Transformation and Information Technology in the field of Banking, Insurance and Technology for over 20 year. He has wealth of experience in leading large-scale project in terms of strategic planning, Business development, process improvement, stakeholder’s management, budget, resources control, vendor selection, project management training, and etc.

He had engaged in digital transformation for many large corporations such as Cathy Pacific Airline, CIGNA Global Financial Limited, HK Broadband Network, Sun Life Financial Asia, Development Bank of Singapore (DBS). Wide range of projects were handled, such as projects related to e-Business, operation improvement, compliance and audit, governance, sales management, cash management, IT, business intelligence, agency commission system, and some others. Albert is capable to cover from the most practical execution level to C-level engagement.

In recent years, Albert applies the Agile approach to support digital transformation and customer experience management with solid results. He is an advance certified ScrumMaster and will be certified ScrumMaster Trainer in Q3 2019. He finds agile approach is very effective in responding to the fast-changing context and high customer expectations.  

He studied EMBA (Executive Master of Business Administration) in the Chinese University of HK. Master of Information Systems Management and Bachelor of Computer Science specialized in IT from University of Toronto. He also got many professional qualifications such as Fellow of Life Management Institute (FLMI) under LOMA Program, Associate, Customer Services of Life Management Institute (ACS) under LOMA program, Certified and registered Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster and Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) from Scrum Alliances, and Certified Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Practitioner.
