An advocate, consultant and trainer in the Wellness industry, Cynthia has been consistently working with individuals and corporates on achieving systemic alignment on wholistic wellness since 2002 for a wide range of community sectors.

Being a member of the NLPRAI ( NLP Research Academy International ) since 2006 , she has had hosted and presented in numerous international meetings, conferences on NLP Development in Korea, Japan, the Netherlands, Shanghai and Hong Kong respectively, and has been very active incurating greater circle on bringing harmony to the community through her profession which brings very warm acclaims and support from her business affiliates and clients.

She currently starts new Mindfulness programs for the undergraduates in the City University, particularly with her strength of focus in Communication Awareness and State Management, which is being well taken for providing positive mentorship to the future leaders on achieving greater happiness in life and in leadership.

With her long devotion, she has been awarded the Chief Executive’s Commendation for Community Service in 2017 for her contribution to the community work as a Wellness Specialist. Absolutely a sincere and dedicated person to work with on building Corporate Wellness Image.
