Paul is a corporate trainer, an independent consultant, and a practicing psychotherapist & family therapist. He is an adjunct faculty and a clinical supervisor for the “Master of Art in Professional Counseling” program of the Olivet Nazarene University, Illinois of United States since 2010.

Paul has delivered formal Project Management and Advanced Project Management Training with more than 1500 participants since 2002. He is one of the first batch PMP trainers of PMI Hong Kong Chapter in 2003. After that, Paul has also conducted various training and seminars related to stress management in workplace, PM’s Emotions Intelligent Series, Soft Skills Series, psychological management in organization change for OCGIO. Participants of these courses came from various disciplines such as IT, consulting, banking & securities, construction, toy manufacturers, garment manufacturers, aviation services, public sector, utilities, trading, health professionals, university staffs & lecturers, Government departments, NGOs and so on. Paul has more than 20 years in IS, Project Management, BPR, and change management of IT and business projects with a consistent track record across industries and government sectors. Before that, he had worked in key positions of the Consulting Organization of Hewlett-Packard (HP) on regional and local project delivery, including the AP Transition Manager for the split of HP and Agilent change management project for 12 AP countries, and other consulting companies in delivering successful business results.

Paul has served in different positions in the executive council of “Project Management Institute” for more than 12 years until 2013. He is a fellow of PMI Hong Kong Chapter, PMP, a CPIT (PD), an assessor in HKITPC. Moreover, Paul has taken the role of the component lead under the Project Management Certification Sub-team of HKITPC in developing the IT Project Management Competencies Framework for Certified Professional of IT credential from 2006-2007.
