Catus is a vibrant consultant and trainer with over 25 years of rich experience in business improvement, leading corporate change initiatives, and management training and development programs. He has also led major projects in process redesign and improvement, using methodologies including Design Thinking and Business Models.

He is Hong Kong’s only Certified Cultural Transformation Tools Consultant certified by the Barrett Values Centre. The Barrett framework is a proven methodology to systematically assess and enhance organizational culture.

Catus has designed and delivered training programs of Customer Experience & Design Thinking training workshop to the organizations, including ACE Life, HSBC, OCBC Wing hang Bank BOC Hong Kong (IT Department), Hong Kong Jockey Club, SGS Hong Kong, MTR Corporation and Hong Kong Design Centre. In addition, he has assisted a wide spectrum of organizations (listed corporations, private enterprises, government, and NGOs) and industries (manufacturing, chemical, retail, catering, food, social services, education, etc.) to improve business and internal processes, review management systems, formulate and implement strategies, and building corporate culture.
