Being the Director of APex Institute Limited (雅邦顧問有限公司), Eunice oversees business in delivering sales, management training, coaching and consultancy service

Eunice has conducted thoughtful research on leadership development during her doctorate degree study and thesis preparation. Together with her interest in psychology and personality analysis and rich management experience, she provides consultancy, management trainings and coaching services for many organisations to excel. She has special strengths and knowledge in identifying issues and solutions in an organization.

Prior to APex, Eunice was a successful practitioner of sales, marketing, and product management in the fields of Information Technology and Telecommunications for over 10 years. She had been marketing various IT&T products and selling her solutions to a full spectrum of industries ranging from Transportation, Trading and Manufacturing, Banking and Finance, Properties Development, Education, Public Services, Public healthcare and SM.

Eunice is the holder of Doctor in Business Administration degree from the University of New Castle, Australia. Her doctorate research is focus on applying different leadership styles for different business situations. Her MBA degree and Diploma in Marketing was obtained from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She acquired Bachelor degree major in Chemistry and the Statement of Proficiency in Putonghua from The Hong Kong University. In addition, she has got Professional Trainer Certification from People Republic of China Government and Hong Kong Management Association, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) master practitioner certifications from American Broad of NLP and The International Association of NLP, Certified NLP Coach from The International NLP Academy, Accredited Administrator for MBTI Step I and II, Certified Behavioral Consultant (DISC) and Certification in Enneagram Training from Helen Palmer, Dr. Jerome Wagner and Dr. Ginger Lapid-Bodga.
